Terms & Conditions

 The out of school care fees are calculated over the 38 weeks of the school term excluding all of the school summer holidays, Christmas holidays, Easter holidays and October and all Mid Term breaks and In-service days.

Booking for our full day School Holiday Playscheme is optional.

Fees are paid on the first day of the month in advance by direct debit from the 1st August until 1st June. The first months fee must be paid prior to your child’s start date.

We accept all Childcare vouchers, on condition they are paid in advance by the first of the month. If not full monthly fees will be charged and a refund will be given when the voucher is received.

When leaving one months notice is requested in writing. Direct Debit should not be cancelled until we have received your notice and final fee is paid. Extra days can be paid for at Head Office at South Crosshill Road and we will try to accommodate this when ever possible
